UKTV’s brief was to target potential employees with a creative online video, reminding potential employees how bloody great the TV industry is. With some sneaky in depth analysis and research within their workplace we found the winning formula.
Our challenge was to then transfer that fun-loving office atmosphere onto screen. Using a mixture of 2D and 3D motion graphics we created a world bursting with character. We even persuaded the UKTV staff to voice the script themselves, adding real personality.
The video launch increased traffic through their website attracting skilled employees to the company. There was even a cherry on the cake, being shortlisted at the CIPD Recruitment Awards for the ‘Best Video’ category.
